Hype Marella Large Top Zip Tote

Yes, there can be too much of a good thing. I love a metallic tote as much as the next person, but there is something off about this bag. The problem with this bag is not that it is too much metallic material, but it is the way it has been constructed. The Hype Marella Large Top Zip Tote is a bag with a great concept but still misses the mark a bit. I actually like the snake printed metallic leather with goldtone hardware. In this situation the silver and gold play off of one another nicely, but again, it’s not the color that has turned me off.

Linea Pelle Dylan Small Messenger Bag

Now *this* is a messenger bag I can sink my teeth into. Linea Pelle bags are known for soft, supple and durable leather. If you’ve never had the chance to at least touch one, you should stop what you are doing and head to the nearest place you know you can get your hands on one of these bags. The leather that is used is the kind that gets better over time and who could find a problem with that? So, when I saw this gorgeous bag, the great color and the fact that I can get 10% off -today only- I am just about to pull out my credit card and buy it.

Junior Drake Pleated Mini Bag

I have yet to decide on my perfect mini bag for fall, and I’m still actively taking applications. I know that I have to have one (and really, they’re perfectly functional for me – all I ever carry is my keys and my Blackberry), and I think I may have found a strong candidate in the Junior Drake Pleated Mini Bag.

Marc By Marc Jacobs Large Computer Sleeve

Now this is very, very interesting. And what is more interesting than the fact that Marc by Marc Jacobs made a very, let’s say, incase-looking computer sleeve is the fact that the Shopbop silhouette model is carrying it like a clutch. I have a lightweight computer, and I would not carry it that way. Too risky. And this is supposed to carry a computer that is 14.5 inches long!

L.A.M.B. Signature Zip Around Wallet

I’ve been loving zip-around wallets every since Megs bought my mom a Fendi one and later got herself a Louis Vuitton. I love how these kind of wallets practically double as a clutch. With cell phones being so tiny and skinny these days, there’s a good chance that you can even zip your cell into the wallet as well. I love seeing yet another option for this great style of wallet.

Sometimes, less is more. In a lot of situations, you don’t need every receipt, after-dinner mint, and wholesale club card that you’ve ever accumulated in your handbag with you. Actually, I’d venture to guess that you don’t need those things on most days, but if you’re like me, they’re what dwell in your bag and wallet anyway.

If you’re looking for a slimmer option to stylishly streamline what you carry, consider the Glam Noir Studded Card Holder.

Jessica McClintock Ring Handle Frame ClutchIs it prom season yet? I don’t know about you, but when I think Jessica McClintock, I think prom season. If you feel differently, don’t hold it against me. I came from an area where you didn’t hear you loved to hear the name Jessica McClintock because you were bound to find the gorgeous, sparkly, form fitting prom dress of your dream. And while I would check out her local store, I never realized until I started working at Purse Blog that “she” actually designed handbags of her own.

Kooba Lizard Embossed Mini Crossbody Bag

Hello, Kooba! As I’ve followed Kooba over the years, I am able to pick out on of the bags from a mile away. However, this is a bag I never would have thought of as a Kooba. Furthermore, as crossbody handbags continue to grow on me, this is one that I can appreciate even more than I would have a year ago.

This bag is unbelievably ideal for fall. In a handbag world full of studs it is absolutely lovely to see a bag without them. I love studs on a bag as much as the next person, but I also need a break. If you are looking for a new handbag for this Fall season but you aren’t ready to drop big bucks, this is a bag that you should consider.

Zambos & Siega Kimberly Clutch

I’ve always liked Zambos & Siega bags. But that’s it- I just liked them, nothing more or less. But that all changed once I took a peek at this Zambos & Siega Kimberly Clutch. You see, I’m not a big clutch girl. I own no bags of this style, and for nighttime I often reach for tiny crossbody bags.

But recently I’ve been overcome by a desire to own a clutch which has led me to online window-shop into late hours of the night in search of the one clutch that would serve me well. So it was lucky for me that Shopbop posted this clutch, this small package or rectangular goodness. I’d prefer the leather not be faux, but the wrinkled look works so well that I almost fooled myself into thinking it could be an exotic while looking at the minuscule preview photo.
