Dooney & Bourke Patent Luisa Hobo

I never thought I would say this, but, is this handbag too blue? Or perhaps it is the wrong hue? I absolutely love most things blue, but this handbag might be a miss in my book. Although I like the shape and style of the Dooney & Bourke Patent Luisa Hobo, but I think the color is a little too much for me to pull off. I realize that bright colors are all the rage, but again, is this too much? The aqua high-shine patent leather has buckles on the short strap which I actually like. More than anything I am trying to figure out where I would carry this bag and with what kind of outfit. I would venture a guess that it would have to be paired with something rather simple so that the color of the handbag does all the talking. What do you think, is the color too much or just right?
